What is the difference between an original and a print?
An original painting is handmade and one of a kind.
A print is a reproduction of an original artwork, produced by an external supplier.
What is the delivery time?
Original paintings: 3–7 business days
Prints: 3–5 business days production time + shipping
Can I return a painting?
Original paintings cannot be returned unless damage occurred during transport.
Prints can only be replaced in case of damage or an incorrect delivery.
Are the paintings delivered framed?
This varies per product. Please check the product page for details.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
